APAX LAB Nano Konflux

This is a concentrated solution of deep ocean water used to customise the extraction water for coffee. It becomes an essential item in competitions like brewers' championships. A dilution chart is included inside the can, allowing you to create the appropriate concentration based on it. It's recommended to use commercial measuring instruments for more accurate measurements. At Leaves Coffee Roasters, we use custom water made with this solution for the extraction of all filter coffees on business days and for cupping to control the quality of roasting.

[Recommended Usage]
◯ For brewing water: Use water with low mineral content and add 3–4g per 1L.
◯ For finished beverages:
・Filter (200ml): 5–10 drops
・Espresso (40ml): 1–3 drops
・Milk Beverage (150ml): 3–6 drops
