遡ること4年前。2021年のカップオブエクセレンスで、本当はどうしても手に入れたかったコーヒーが、一つありました。あの時に飲んだ衝撃的な味は、記憶にしっかりと刻まれています。
その後も毎年どこかで飲む機会があり、まだ知らぬ未知なる土地から、これほど美味しい素材が届くのかと思うとワクワクしました。
念願叶って、今回初めてリリースするのが、このSanta Cruzです。ネクタリン、洋梨、りんごなど、淡く甘いフルーティーさがあり、冷めてくると少しラクティックな印象もありました。
