こちらは年始の『おせちセット』にセレクトしていたものの一つです。今後どんどんと注目がされていくだろうという様な、期待感のある農園です。

今月の初めにパナマのカッピングラボにお邪魔して、実際に話を伺うことができました。Ponderosaを2011年に開始してから、他にもいくつかの農園を管理しています。

ゲイシャ以外にも、パカマラがテーブルに並んでおり、品種由来の味わい以上に、テロワールから感じられるユニークなフルーティーさが感じられたので、そちらは買い付けをし、今年の夏頃に到着する予定です。
