コーヒーの抽出水をカスタマイズする為に使用する、海洋深層水の濃縮液です。ブリュワーズなどの競技会では欠かせないアイテムの一つとなります。缶の中に希釈表が付属されていますので、そちらを参考に適量の濃度を作ることが可能です。市販の計測器があるとより正確な値が測れるので、そちらも合わせて使用することをオススメします。Leaves Coffee Roastersでは、営業日の全フィルターコーヒーの抽出、焙煎のクオリティコントロールのためのカッピングでこちらを使用したカスタムウォーターを使用しています。
