Going back four years—
At the 2021 Cup of Excellence, there was one coffee I truly wanted to get our hands on. The shockingly vivid flavour we experienced back then is still etched into our memory.

Since then, we’ve had chances to taste it again in different places each year, and every time we felt excited by the thought that such incredible coffee could come from a land we still knew so little about.

Now, that long-held dream has finally come true. We're thrilled to release this coffee—Santa Cruz—for the very first time.
It’s delicately fruity, with notes of nectarine, pear, and apple, and as it cools, a soft lactic nuance begins to emerge.

Since we only have three small batches, there’s a good chance it will sell out quickly. We’re starting by offering it as whole beans.
