Refund policy

If you receive a different product, or if there is a damaged or missing item, please contact us at this email address (order@leavescoffee.jp) with the following information within one week of arrival. After the person in charge confirms the situation, we will send you a new product at our company's shipping cost.

Please note that, as a measure to prevent credit card fraud and unauthorised purchases, we generally do not accept order cancellations due to customer convenience.
We also kindly ask for your understanding that returns due to customer convenience cannot be accepted once the product has been delivered.
